It did to me it took 10 rating points in my blitz because someone violated the Lichess TOS

@WectruzeneKnight_000 Please be more specific. What particular system of lichess got violated? When and why your rating was decreased? Did you get a notification about that?

so you GOT +10 points, you didn't lose 10 points. (Well I guess you lost 10 points from being matched with the cheater, but you got them back)
