instagram reel comments. Why are they so off-colored now?

I don't use instagram, but one thing that sure makes it a known thing is the comments on certain Reels

have you not seen them? have you not heard of them?

take a quick moment to think of a dystopia where the internet is a wasteland of Toxicity and negative opinions, what if they were real? well, reel comments are just like this
